I have always been fascinated with Leadership.
Leadership almost always determines the outcome of anything worthwhile. Think about it, with strong leadership, a bad plan can turn out to be successful. Many believe leadership is a skilled that you are born with.
I, on the contrary, believe it’s a skill that needs to be developed. That’s why I dedicated one of my other blogs to the discipline of leadership growth. More importantly, I believe you have to earn the right to lead.
