Completely Transform Your Entire Life

January 6th, 2007

Happy New Year!

First off I need to apologize for neglecting this site.  But, before you give me hell, I did it for a good reason.  I took the last couple of weeks off and tried to spend quality time with my family.

I have been working like a dog on a new project called Blue Sky Brothers you can see it by just clicking on the Blus Sky link.

I’m pretty happy with the results but again, I neglected my family to get a lot of the project done.

But that’s not what this post is about…

With the new year upon us, I wanted to share something that you may find very helpful.  It’s called the Quantum Mind Power System and it can have major effects on many aspects of your life.

Now this system is not for everybody.  But it is for the few folks that want to make 2007 better than 2006.

All I can say about this system is that it is…

A Scientifically Proven New Technology That Can Reduce Your Stress, Boost Your Creativity And Unleash The Hidden Powers Of Your Mind.

My words won’t do the system justice.  But if this sounds like something you need to jump start 2007 then I guess it safe to say that by reading the informational page won’t be a waste of your time.

Visit:  Quantum Mind Power System

Enjoy!

Something To Think About

November 27th, 2006

I have always been fascinated with the power of the mind.

The mind has the ability to allow us to accomplish anything we want. Look at all the examples we have around us.

Lance Armstrong won the Tour de France seven times. We went to the moon and walked on it. Challenges are overcome everyday. New advances are discovered everyday.

Examples of the mind thinking of the possibilities is the starting point to every great action that ever existed or was achieved. So it makes sense to be fascinated by the power of the mind.

That is why when I received this note, I decided to learn more.

What Is Thought Power?

Thought power refers to the quality of thinking that occurs in the brain. How can one improve their power of thought? Thought power is not related to the power of mind over the body, although it can affect the body. We all have weak brains at times every day.

The most successful people in all fields worldwide have one common characteristic and that is stronger levels of Beta brain waves. The 15 - 20 hertz (Low Beta) brainwave band is associated with super-focused concentration, better memory, and improved cognitive function overall. This band is associated with increased mental abilities, IQ, and mental focus. OptiMINDzation Volume One CD ROM contains the entrainment necessary to reach that brainwave band. When you listen to OptiMINDzation Volume One CD ROM twenty minutes to one hour a day you will able to super focus, think stronger longer, and enjoy the benefits of a stronger brain!

To Learn More visit: OptMINDzation

If you want to improve your level of success I highly recommend you visit Stephen Pierce’s website: OptMINDzation and learn more about this success system.

Regards,
Greg

Attitude of Gratitude

November 23rd, 2006

This is the time of year to give thanks…But having an attitude of gratitude should be something that we embrace all year long.  Why?  Because the more you give the more you get back.

I’ve done a lot of research lately on the “Law of Attraction” and one of the key components is to make sure you are grateful for aqll the positive things in your life.  Recognizing this fact puts you in a positive state and that positive helps bring about more positive for your life.

In today’s post of I have two things for you.  The first is a short video that is entertaining and fun to watch. And the second is an article titled…”Developing An Attitude Of Gratitude.”

Enjoy!

By Wendy Betterini

What does Gratitude really mean? Most of us are thankful for the blessings we have in our lives. We have families we love, jobs that help us provide the necessities of daily living, good health, friends to laugh and play with, freedom and Free Will to live our lives the way we want to.

Most of us are very grateful for these blessings, but how often do we stop to focus and reflect on that? Probably not as often as we should. Why is Gratitude even important? Sure, we’re thankful for what we have, but why should we have to dwell on it?

There is a very good reason! Have you ever given someone a gift, and when they open it they react with very little enthusiasm? They say flatly, “Oh yeah, thanks, I’ve been wanting one of those.” Their words say “thank you” but their heart says, “big deal”. You can feel that, can’t you? Does it inspire you to want to give them another gift? Probably not. On the other hand, if you give someone a gift and they exclaim, “Oh THANK YOU, I just love it!”, doesn’t that lift your heart? You feel appreciated, and happy that you made them feel appreciated.

The one Universal Law that has had the most profound effect in my life is, Like Attracts Like. When we are truly grateful for the blessings in our lives, and we take time to reflect on them, we automatically begin to draw more blessings to ourselves. Why? Because we create what we focus on.

True gratitude isn’t the act of mechanically listing the blessings in our lives every night before we go to sleep. Gratitude is an Attitude. It’s a mindset of thankfulness and joy for the wonderful blessings in our lives. Our hearts and minds are lifted in joy when we reflect on the beauty and love surrounding us. It’s a heartfelt acknowledgement that our lives would not be as happy as they are now if we didn’t have those blessings.

Okay, so maybe not everything in our lives is perfect right now. Gratitude can be hard to foster when we are also experiencing struggle at the same time. Maybe we’ve just lost a job, or a loved one. Maybe we have difficult financial struggles. Maybe we are mired in depression and sadness. It’s hard to feel grateful during moments like that.

That’s where Faith comes in. Gratitude and Faith go hand in hand. Gratitude is reflecting on and being thankful for the blessings we do have, while Faith affirms that more are on the way. Maybe not everything in our lives is the way we want it to be, but some things are wonderful, and the things that aren’t so wonderful will get better in time. Another job is just around the corner. Peace and healing will come to us as we go through the grieving process for our loved one. Financial struggles come and go. Depression and sadness will lift (seeking treatment may be necessary in some cases), and the sun will shine once again. Believe this. Know it in your heart. Affirm it to the Universe, and it will be so.

You know what I’m grateful for? You. Every single one of you who is reading these words right now. I’m deeply grateful that I’m given the opportunity to send even a tiny ray of sunshine into your lives each week. The letters I get back from you telling me that I’ve made a difference in your life, no matter how small, fill my heart to overflowing.

Be thankful for the ways in which you touch the lives of others. Some of them you may not even be aware of, and that’s okay. Know that they do exist.

Take time to reflect on the good things in your life, not just today, but every day. Really let yourself feel the goodness and love surrounding you. Tell your loved ones what they mean to you. Embrace them and be thankful for their presence in your life. Focus on the Love, for it’s all that really matters.

Optimize Your Mind

November 21st, 2006

I just received this email and thought I would share it with you. I own this product and have for the past several months so I KNOW it works. Read this short email and head on over to Stephen’s website to learn more…

Did you know you can tell a lot about a person, simply by observing their brainwave patterns? It’s true. Researchers have found that people that are depressed, for example, have a higher amount of alpha and theta brainwaves than non-depressed people do.

People with higher amounts of beta brainwaves tend towards being more focused, better able to concentrate, and better and faster learners.

Researchers have also found that, by using certain techniques, these brainwaves can be altered and changed to produce the results they desire. So if you want to be more focused and learn faster and better, you can train your brain to function with those beta brainwaves and get those results!

An easy and quick way to make use of this type of brain entrainment is by listening to the OptiMINDzation Series CDs for thirty minutes to an hour every day. The isochronic tones that were used to create the CD will boost your brain’s beta wave acivity - giving you cognitive function.

Inspirational Goals - A Source Of Unquenchable Passion

November 21st, 2006

Recently I found this article on goals, passion and how they can help you achieve whatever you want most for your business, income and life. Normally I try to post my own original content but I feel this article is worth the space.

Enjoy!

Inspirational Goals - A Source Of Unquenchable Passion

By John Paul Hill

Would it be useful if all of your goals in life created such a passion and inspiration within you - so much so that you could not fail to achieve the result you desired?

All successful entrepreneurs develop passionate relationships with the projects or ventures they are developing and this passion becomes the source of all-conquering energy that drives them to succeed.

No matter how complicated your goal setting process is this technique will help you create habitually inspirational goals.

All successful Entrepreneurs work on pre-defined goals. Some may do it more formally than others but nevertheless they always have a clear vision of their end-game or outcome.

These goals will ultimately have a degree of detail to them to enable their effective fulfilment but, more importantly they will be a source of passion and inspiration for the entrepreneur - a passion which is obvious and infectious to those they come in contact with.

We all have goals in life, although most of us have condemned them to be ‘Got’ To-Do’s instead of ‘Want’ To-Do’s and when thinking about our goals often do not check-in on how passionate or inspirational they really are.

Similarly, even successful entrepreneurs sometimes get stuck when creating new goals or trying to develop interim goals to help them achieve a greater outcome.

This simple (but not simplistic) exercise will give you a chance to unburden yourself of the inhibiting ‘Don’t want’ stuff that most of us carry around, it will then gently lead into more creative thinking before taking you into the ultimate, passionate and inspiring goal setting zone.

Please give it a try and feel free to pass it on to someone else that you know who may be able to benefit from it. It’s also great to try out with children when they are stuck finding something to do or need some inspiration.

Have a pen and some paper ready then take a few minutes to write as many things as you can think of after each question (no more than 3 minutes on each).

** To get the most benefit from this please do each question in turn - write each question at the top of a fresh piece of paper - enjoy! **

1. What don’t you want?

2. What do you want?

2. What do you want less of?

3. What do you want more of?

Law of Attraction

November 20th, 2006

Have you heard about the law of attraction?

The trends of late have focused on this particular process where based on simple steps you can attract anything in your life you want.

The “law of attraction” is fascinating and offers hope. Which explains the recent press it has received. There is nothing wrong with that. Recently a friend of mine had called me and said that Larry King plans on discussing this on his show.

Her comment to me was “now everybody is going to know about this tactic.” I laughed and thought nothing of it for about a week or so but then I started to think a little more about what she had said and more importantly about the validity of this as a “law.”

Background:

I stumbled on this law back in May of 2006. In fact, a person that I was sitting next to at a Millionaire Mind Seminar brought it up. We had paired up for an exercise and once we finished we began to discuss impactful events that had occurred in our lives.

She mentioned that I should watch a movie called “The Secret.” I had never heard of this movie before but out of the goodness of her heart (I mean that in the most sincerest way) she gave me the domain name of the site so I could find out more about the movie.

I jotted it down and forget about it for a day or so. Well I was going through my notes and came upon the domain a couple of days later. I looked it up on my computer and discovered how interesting this site was.

I became intrigued by this secret and tried to find the movie through my Netflix account but they did not have it in their database. I ended up viewing it on the website for about $4.95.

The movie was so good that I ordering it because after viewing it I realized that it was a piece of information that I would want to view over and over again. One of those things you want and need in your personal success library for reference.

The Secret was simply the law of attraction and the movie explained what the secret was and provided examples of how it works. It really didn’t go into enough detail about how to prepare yourself to accomplish your desires properly (the movie gave you the steps but me being me, wanted the details behind those steps.)

I was fortunate enough to find an ebook on the subject that provided all the details I needed. The book is called The Greatest Secret. If your at all interested in the law of attraction I recommend that you get this ebook.

It is actually broken down into two sections. The first provides the explanations of the law but the second part, the part that I was most interested in, was the how behind attracting my desires.

I needed a road map and this part provided it.

The Next Step…

Since May of 2006, I have watched the movie 3 times and read the book 4 times. I feel pretty motivated because I have a road map for what I want and I’m seeing results.

My Recommendation:

You don’t know me from Adam and so my recommendations may not mean that much to you. That’s ok. But please don’t let this stop you from looking at the two resources cited, “The Secret” and “The Greatest Secret”, to form your own opinion.

Side Note: I don’t know the authors of either pieces of work and I’m not getting any financial return from this recommendation. I merely think that they are good and that they will help you achieve your goals. The law of attraction is worth finding more about!

How To Dream Big

November 16th, 2006

Have you ever heard of a Life List?

I hadn’t until I was doing some research on achieivng your goals and found this post from 2004 by Liz Ditz titled, “Life List.”

This is not how to create a “to do” list but more importantly how to create a plan for your life.  This excerpt really struct me….

“by having a life list, or what I call a life vision, it injected some meaning into what they were doing. It gave them something to look forward to in dark times.”

This is powerful and so much more important than just floating around space with your life.  Sorry, I’m not trying to get all philosophical here but by setting yourself up with a life list you can achieve more and be happier do it and isn’t that important?

Awareness To Action

November 13th, 2006

Awareness + Action = Goal Achievement

Before you can achieve your ultimate result or at least move in a positive direction (honestly, you should never get to your final destination because your target should always be lifted.) You have to know where you currently are in several key and critical categories.

Identifying your starting point just makes sense. And it helps you track your progress. The following areas were actually illustrated by Steve Pavlina in his article, “Truth and Awareness” and I just decided to follow suit.

Here is the complete list:

1. Work and Career

2. Financial

3. Relationships

4. Home and Family

5. Physical Health

6. Mental Health

7. Social Involvement

8. Emotional (How Do I Feel About My Life?)

9. Spiritual (Clarity, Sense of Purpose.)

10. Character

11. Contribution To Society

12. Fun and Adventure

As a matter of fact, I run myself through these questions on a quarterly basis just to see where I am and to focus on my next steps.

The key is to answer each question honestly and as accurately as you possibly can. There are no right or wrong answers - just YOUR answers.

Forming the question is pretty basic. Ask yourself, for instance, “how is my physical health?” Write a paragraph or two about where you believe you currently are and rate it on a scale of 1 through 10. 10 being the best.

You do not have to share these with anybody, so it is very important that you are honest with yourself.

This is the beginning of your self improvement and you have to know what your starting point is before you can take the appropriate action to improve in the areas that you deem most important.

I’ll you give an idea based on my personal experience. When I first started doing this I ran myself through each question. One of the areas that I needed to improve was with my financial situation.

I actually rated myself a 2 because of the debt I had incurred. I wrote down all of my debt and focused on what I needed to do to bring that area up closer to a 10. I am happy to say that I am just about a 9.5.

Trust me if you follow this system, and focus on areas that need work, you’ll soon be in a much better situation.  And more importantly you’ll achieve the success that you desire.

The Possibilities Are Endless

November 10th, 2006

The world is a big place!

Is it possible that we have opportunities and new ideas that we are unaware of?I can’t honestly answer that for you, because I don’t really know. However, it is true that ultimately we determine our own reality and this reality is filtered by our beliefs.

Your beliefs assist in the formation of your reality. As such, it is extremely important to know whether your beliefs are positive or negative and are they limiting you?

What are your beliefs? Do you know?

Recently, I was reading a book called “The Greatest Secret”, and the definition of beliefs was stated as such…”Beliefs are thoughts that you have taken as truth.”

Assuming you agree with this definition, your beliefs will always have an effect on your reality. For instance, if you believe that money is the root of all evil, then you will never have more than you absolutely need at that moment. In addition, you may be limiting your success.

…so how do you find out what your beliefs are?

In the book, “The Greatest Secret”, the author provides a simple way to uncover your beliefs:

On a piece of paper create two columns. In one column list the things you like about your life. In the other column, list the things you don’t like.

Look at the list and ask yourself this question, “What would a person who created these things have to believe in in order to create this life?”

For this to be the most effective you’ll need to focus on the things you don’t like and answer honestly. Your answers are your beliefs.

Once you establish your limiting beliefs and you decide to eradicate the negative ones, the process is actually very simple.

Follow These Steps: (taken from the book, “The Greatest Secret”)

· Write out the old, limiting belief on a piece of paper;

· Write a new belief in the same syntax, same sentence structure;

· Do a ritual (declaration) to formally remove the old belief.

Once you complete this task you are on your way to achieving and attracting what you want. There are more steps in this process that I will share in the coming days but you can discover all of these steps by getting, “The Greatest Secret.”
